Texture The Jet Fighter in 3ds Max Part 2

This tutorial refers to the 3d modeling of jet fighter.

This is the 2nd part of the series of jet fighter modeling. In part one you have learnt about general mapping with texturing. The 3d modeling actually works with three dimension of the object.

When you create any model with three dimensions with useful software, it is known as 3d model. Another interesting thing about 3d model is that it is also called 2d object at rendering time because the rendering process shows 2 dimensions. The rendering is used to show the actual image of the particular object.

The 3d model is actually combination of several geometric shapes as line, sphere, cube etc. You can also create these models for video games and 3d movies. If you create model of any character then it is called character modeling.

This character modeling is created for the film and games. The film industries have wanted such character modeling for film purposes.

The next step of modeling is rendering where you render the model to see the appearance of the actual images. Then you can animate it with key frames application. Although it is next part of jet fighter modeling, now we have complete set up after rearrange the mapping in jet fighter model.

The next thing is to go to the render option and in drop down list choose render UVW Templates. Here you set the height and width for the model, then click on render UVW templates. You scene will be according to the condition, now save that image in templates directories. In next part we shall move on toward Photo shop.
