Butterfly – Exporting Cal3D files and using the Previewer Part 4

Here you are in final part of this tutorial series. In this part we shall explain about Exporting Cal3D files. The files are exported from customize menu which is located on the upper side of user interface.

It is pretty much better to have a lot of things in your exporting and it creates wonderful impression in previewer setting. When we are going to create any modeling, first of all we export reference image or skeleton of that object. The skeleton or reference image controls the meshes and the material that is supporting the object.

Exporting of File

Make a rough file there as a finishing file of the butterfly modeling. Now it is time to adjust mesh setting, so unfreeze the butterfly modeling. Also save this file again. This way will help you to find out step by step method and you can easily find out your mistake in your project. The next step to export animation, see whether the starting and ending key frames are well defined.

The tricky thing is that you can know about the time slider setting here by the changing in displacement. Make sure that displacement value is at zero point because this will maintain your time line at its best level. So that’s it, the previewer setting are left to adjust, so it is better to watch this video which is describing same concept.
