3ds Max Basics Part 1

In this basic tutorial of 3D studio max and 3D studio max design,

We shall discuss about some basic concept of 3D modeling and animation. First of all, take a look at the setting and user interface of 3D studio max. Next we shall read about object creation and transformation. All the models are created by shelf menu icons and it is these basic polygonal primitives which collectively created huge and complex modeling. There are two type of object primitives using in 3ds max Polygons, NURBs. Both are used for different kind of fuction in certain condition. When we learn about their component level, it tells more detail about that selected object. When we choose primitives, it appears in the centre of 3d studio max user interface.

Then we can modify their shape by using object manipulation tools. These tools are positioned on the left side of the grid. Another technique of changing the object shape is from channel box. Here you can modify the object by putting values for them. It doesn’t matter whether the object is required modification in motion, rotation or scaling. You can modify it in any direction and you can see the changing in object by putting values for them. From this tutorial, we have again started some basic informative lectures about 3d s max basic concept for the learners of 3d s max. Go to video tutorial and learn more.
