Mental Ray in 3ds Max

Mental Ray  – The simple modeling is quite easy to create but the further amendments on the object after modeling is very difficult to manage. The modeling requires light and shade to look pretty much better.

If you are working on any project of modeling, you have to adjust your model with such skill that it seems realistic. The modeling is said to be perfect if it has similarity with the actual image. In material editor you can assign material to the object as well as do other primary modification in modeling. The color and shade is adjusted here. Rendering of image provide you opportunity to compare it with real reference image. The diffuse color and glossiness provide your object the shining and enable it to show. If you are going to model a building with mental ray lighting and daylight, in this case first of all keep the modeling in low resolution and open the material editor. Choose the material for your building model and assign it to the selection. From object type menu choose the daylight to create sunlight for your model.

Go to the render setup and do some changing according to the demand of the scene. You can manage the modeling rendering if you are aware of uses the lighting rendering.
