The XBR rewinds the texture more interactive faster and realistic then ever before. If you go closer to the scene you will find the object shadows, lighting and shading are arranged more realistic. Next close the camera to the fountain, you will see the interactivity and when you farther away from it, it converts into the progressive refinement in view port. In realistic mode, this concept is introduced for progressive refinement in 3d studio max. If we zoom out the scene, we come to know that there is also arrangement of lighting for scene demonstration.

We can see these lights into real shape by right clicking on the object. We can increase the light for the best of our scene requirement; the more lighting will help us to render the scene at final stage with more accuracy. If we have a lot of objects in our scene, then we can join them by using hierarchy. It was the first part of demonstration in Maya 2012 and further concepts.
