Intro to 3ds Max 2011 Part 2

You are learning about basic components and categories of 3ds max.

Here we have a scene for the concept of animation learning. We have a rendered image and going to recreate the same animation here. The cannon, windmill and ground are the main factors in this scene.

In this tutorial you will learn about how to open any project, how to view from any angle, how to model and provide material to the object, how to move and animate the object and finally how to render it for importing? Fix one folder advance for our animated file. Now open the required file and maximize the prospective viewport by hitting ALT+W. you can also use toggle button in the right corner of the work space for maximize the viewport. Here we shall teach you how to navigate the scene; you see the view cube in every port at work space.

It has 3d faces and you can find any side of the object by following the view cube. You can bring the scene back to home position by clicking on home sign above the view cube. It was the simple introduction of view cube. Now with staring wheel you will be aware of uses that you perform at animation stage. This tutorial is much informative for the beginners.
