3ds Max Simple Texturing

Texturing is defined as the visual art for the sake of 2d and 3d graphics and design.

Simple Texturing  – Texturing is a source to converse your feeling and expression. Texture may be concerned with clay, paper, and leather. The surface maybe rough and rigid and some time it is in a smooth form.

The rigid and rough surface is easily felt by the touching it while the smooth and soft surface is soothing. Anyhow, all of them depict the choice and expression of personality. Light is important element in texture to see the surface whether it is rough or smooth. Visual texture supports all kind of materials. Painting and drawing is the form of visual texturing. Well, you may learn the concept of texturing by doing practically. Launch 3d studios max and take a box from basic primitive. Set its dimension in modifier panel with length, width and segment. Select the box and go to modifier panel and in drop down list, find the Unwrap UVW.

Click on plus sign and choose faces. Now again select the object by pressing hotkey Ctrl+A. To find the parameters edit, scroll down the list. This will form the faces in template shape and now you have a boxes in which you will create texture. You may find the rest of procedure in following video.
