In this next part of ear modeling we shall modify the ear shape more to make it actual and realistic. We created the whole modeling with the help of reference image. The reference is necessary to compare your modeling standard with the reference image and decide whether you are succeeded in creating the model successfully.

We created the head modeling using still image, it is wonderful technique to create modeling with still image and the expert animators also use this method. If you create the model with still image at the initial stage, then it will help you to become perfect in this field and also expert in modeling. In still image modeling, we just draw the model sketch at first and then connect them in to wire frame shape.

Texture is applied for the modeling and at this stage you have simple model although without any perfect geometry. Select the edges around the ear and scale it inward to give the actual shape. The edge and polygon setting are the factors that help you to create fine piece of ear model.

The scale and move rotate tools help you to squeezing and expanding the edge loop setting for better look. In the video you can see that we are doing some further setting inside the head modeling.
