This tutorial is going to show you about how to prepare surface for screen printing. The screen printing is such process which is used for perfect printing with reasonable source of investment. The screen is just like a frame made up of thin mesh and thought as central part of screen printing. When the screen is used from printing, make sure that screen is clean and clear. Besides these requirements, there should be clean, hard and flat surface. This condition is supposed just for the emulsion application and this screen must have ability to support any kind of material. One can also place towel under the screen. The stencil is kept on the screen and fixes it with scotch tape on all sides. Only one or twice coat of emulsion application will finalize the process.
