T-shirt is a garments that was used in the past as under the dress. But recently it became very popular dress of young generation. It is advantage of T-shirt that ladies and gents both can wear it. It does not specific to the gents or ladies. It is in V-shape or round shape coller with half sleeve and some time sleeveless. It is changing with the modernity in fashion. Besides these, these shirt are printed with interesting quotation or images. The T-shirt printing requires following steps to print out fine T-shirt.
First of all it needs to get design for the shirt, the design should not have enough stuff that appear rough and create bad impression on other. Therefore always choose the specific design that suits your personality and also shirt fabric type. You can also create design at your choice using adobe photo shop, it is much better to design for your shirt yourself.
Apply the Emulsion
Once you select the design place it on the screen, apply emulsion on it. But do this process in the dark room. Apply the emulsion on the both side of screen with scoop coater; another thing to remember is hold the frame in erect position. After applying emulsion, keep it for drying in sunlight or screen exposing machine for 30-40 minutes
Make the Stencil
When it dries, wash it out with water spray, or other source. Wash the whole screen from every corner. Don’t apply hard pressure because in this way your screen may damage. The screen is actually made up of soft mesh of fabric. It does not bear any extremity, anyhow wash the screen until it show the stencil. Apply water spray more on the stencil to make it good looking. The stencil will be dried in 15-20 minutes.
Print the Shirt
The stencil is obtained and now it is ready for printing on the shirt. But make sure that your shirt is pressed, otherwise first press the shirt. Place the stencil in the screen, keeping it up slightly from the shirt. Use paint for the color painting and apply it with squeegee from up to down position. Keep the screen at 45 degree position; now keep the shirt in front of heater for drying paint. The painting will be dried in 25 minutes, now it is ready to wear.
