It is like a mini business set up. Very few equipment is needed in screen printing. You should have technique about how to use them for the standard printing. The screen printing is developing with the time.
Modern Machine Systems
There are many new and modern machine systems for screen printing. Yudu is one of the common examples of screen printing machine. But still average users are using traditional method for printing. The screen is most preeminent part of screen printing. In other words you can say that screen printing is based on screen. Because the screen shows the output of printing, the screen requires ink or emulsion for printing purpose.
The ink is stretched on the screen with scoop coater and using squeegee, it is applied on the whole screen surface. It is applied till then when it is dried. Dried here means that it became little bit hard layer. Then it is kept in front of light sources. It may be sunlight or some kind of electric lights. The ink takes 30 to 40 minutes for drying; sometime it takes much time then this because the exposing time is based on the emulsion applying. Anyhow when screen dries, it is ready to wash out.
Water Spray
Generally the water spray is used for washing but you can manage what you have easily. But one thing to remember is that spray the water with carefully because screen can not bear any intensity. The screen will take 20 minutes for drying out. You can see that the printed text will be appeared on the screen surface.
Now again dry out the screen from wet position with some fabric or foam. You can obtain the printed material on the plastic sheet for final output. Copy the stencil on plastic sheet and join them some kind of glue. You have done simple screen-printing process successfully.
