Although these particles system are created especially for 3d function but sometimes it is useful for 2d objects also. When these effects are added and then at rendering stage you can observe the affects into real particle system. You can increase or decrease the size of these particles according to the scene demands.

The emitters manage the movement of these particles, it analysis the position of particles effect that whether it is placed at proper places. The basic primitives like cube or plane are used as medium of emitters. The emitter depends upon particle parameters therefore it is much linked with them to know the spawning rate. It is necessary for the entire object to keep them in fuzzy or freeze position. The particle effects are linked with animated scene because you have to create animation for freely flow of particle effects. The effects are shown only in this way if animation key frames are adjusted. The particle view has complex setting for particle effects, so you have to learn it attentively about how to manage and use it in your scene.
