Assigned material to the bath tub

In this part of bathroom interior design, we shall learn about how to assign material to the selected object in our scene. We have assigned material to the bath tub in the previous tutorial.

Now it is time to create tile for floor in the bathroom. Go to material editor again and choose none button. A new mini window will be opened to ask you which kind of tiles you want. Choose the one which you want and then you are said to choose map for the material.

When you click on map option a new map browser will be opened. Here you see variety of map sample and you can choose here which is related to your scene demand. It will appear in the base then adjust it by changing the parameter of this map. Take a test render at this stage to view the result after affect. Select the switches with region selection and apply the material also to the selected part. Assign material to the inner side border of the bathroom to look pretty much better and then take a test render again.

Now the next step is to make the roof for the bathroom. For this purpose take a box from basic primitives and drag it on the bathroom model. Assign material to the selected part of the roof and then rotate it with select and rotate tools.

Although we have not created the door for bathroom therefore we shall help from camera to work inside the bathroom. In next part we shall create a door for the bathroom. So stay here and learn more.
