3ds Max Biped Rigging Part 1

The first step for character modeling is creating joints for different parts of body. This job is done in side viewport because it provides more accuracy in character modeling. The joint creating demands enough skill for similar joints of required model.

Joint Setup

Therefore don’t worry about joint indifference because different characters have different joint setup. It is advantage of this technique that you can create other part or side of the body with mirror option if you have created it first.
