    Steps:

  1. Go the Create menu and in NURBS primitives create Sphere and then rotate it on z- axis at 90 degrees. Right click and go to Isopalm mode and select the central isopalm and in the Edit NURBS menu select Detach and then select the half sphere and now you can delete it into two parts. Repeat the process so that you have one fourth of the sphere as your robotic foot.
  2. Go to Create > NURBS and this time select cylinder and now select its lower isopalm and press ‘r’ for scale tool and scale it to fit the toe of 3d model robot.
  3. For inserting palm of foot into this foot you have to cut the cylinder with curve, go to ‘Create’ menu and select create EP curve tool and draw EP curve for the area you want to cut in side view port, press space bar to navigate to side view.
  4. Then select the curve and then surface and go to Edit Curves menu and select the Project Surface Curve. Then select the cylinder surface go to Edit NURBS and select Trim tool and the click on the surface which you want to keep other than cutting surface.
  5. Go to create menu and get Create EP curve tool and draw curve so that it is inserting inwards the area of the toe. Now select the palm end surface curve and then the second curve go to Surfaces menu and click on the Extrude tool.
