This free tutorial is about removal of emulsion from the stenciled screen using ERG 8550 L a chemical format for the removal of emulsion with very ease. All you have to do is just to pour this liquid on the screen and scrub it with the scrubber from both sides and then wash it with water and that’s it. Your screen is now ready for a new stencil. In a case you do not have this chemical available in the market then all you have to do is do the same process with bleaching powder or liquid bleach it is a slow process but you can achieve your goal with this chemical also watch this video for more details.
