Multicolor Print using Silk Screen

This tutorial will learn you about multi color printing. Before this tutorial, you have learn about single color printing. The color printing is done with separate method for each time. If there is text in your print, then use Adobe Photoshop. There you will have to edit and print each alphabet separately. In our previous tutorials, you have read about multi color printing only in case of text format. The text is designed in any editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Coral DRAW and Adobe Illustrator. The color separation is very important step in multi color printing.

For example red and green yields yellow, red and blue yields magenta (a purple hue), and green and blue yield cyan (a turquoise hue). Just yellow is counter-intuitive. Yellow, cyan and magenta are just the “basic” minor colors: unequal mixtures of the primaries provide go up to perception of a lot of other colors every one of which might be considered “tertiary.” Usually multi color printing is used for T-shirt and shopping bag. For screen printing, you must familiar with color combination and separation.
