The movie is under pipe lines and soon to be released on 15 April 2011.
Since the makers of the hit “ice age” sequence comes RIO,a comedy quest about taking a walk on the wild side.Blu is a tame macaw who never erudite to fly,living a contented life with his own possessor and best friend Linda in the small town of moose lake,Minnesota. Blu and Linda believe he’s the previous of his kind,but when they learn about another Macaw who lives in Rio de janerio,they head to the distant and foreign land to find jewel,Blu’s female complement. Not long after they arrive, Blu and gemstone are kidnapped by a group of unskilled animals smugglers .With the help of street smart Jewel,and a group of astute fast and smooth talking city birds,Blu escapes.
Now, with his new associates by his side,Blu will have to find the bravery to learn to fly, frustrate the kidnappers who are hot on their trace, and come again to Linda, the best friend a bird ever had.

Blu:
A totally domestic and flightless bird who had lived his whole life inside. A good-looking and violently independent female bird from the rain woods of Brazil.Even though she and Blu are both uncommon macaws,they’re complete opposites. But when they’re brought jointly, she and blu find themselves on the adventure of a life span.
Rafael:
A smooth and delightful toucan/family man, Rafael is one of Blu’s new friends in Rio.
Luiz:
A mean-looking but welcoming bulldog,Luiz aids Blu an his mission. His slobbery nibble proved that “drool is cool” .
Pedro & Nico:
A lively pair with a good-humored beat and a song in their hearts, they coil into action to assist their new friend Blue.
