Fresh Maya Tutorial: Object – Wine Bottle

In this video tutorial, you are learning about simple modeling of wine bottle. This is second part of the series where we are working at secondary level. The wine bottle model is nearly complete and some more steps are being performed on it.

The model is prepared with the help of reference image and some basic steps are being used here. So keep these steps in mind and don’t forget to apply them during the whole process.

We had made a bowl in our previous part and here we shall reshape it like a bottle by placing appropriate values for their attribute. After this the base is set by inverting the edges inside so that the bottle could keep balance.

The sketch of wine bottle is drawn in Adobe Photo shop using reference image. This reference image can be obtained from any search engine. After this process, save the current setting in JPEG image format.

Open this wine bottle image in Maya and convert the viewport into four sides view called orthographic viewport. This video is part 2 modeling coca cola bottle in Autodesk Maya.
