How Cameras work in Maya

Here in this tutorial you will learn about how to assign Camera and hence work in Maya projects. The cameras are of two types, the general camera and targeted camera. The simple camera is used for general animation to view the location of scene whereas the targeted camera is used to fix at specific position. The simple camera is also used for walkthrough scene; walkthrough scenes are such scene which demonstrates interior vision of any building or other architectural design. The camera actually works for the vision of model and it is positioned on the horizontal way of model. Suppose you are going to create a cartoon rocket, when it launches, how rocket find its own way? It’s quietly amazing. But the fact is other way round and it is all because of camera application. The camera is attached with the model which goes through the rocket while flying in the air or space. The cameras does not follow the model but it is just like a lens which holds vision control setting. In other words, you can say it as eyes for that model. In rocket model, the assigned camera follows the rocket with respect to motion of the object.
