Learning 3d Modeling and Character Setup in Maya 2011 Part 16

mayaWelcome to part 14 of the 3d modeling class in Urdu/Hindi about how to make Human face in 3d modeling and 3d animation software application Autodesk Maya 2011. In this lesson you will learn how to setup the cartoon character moving towards how to model eye brows area of the human face in 3d modeling and animation software Maya. In this lesson you will also learn how to specify the ear area on the face 3d model of Human face model in 3d modeling software Maya 2011 for modeling ear.
Here you are learning how model a human face using polygonal modeling tool and commands in 3d software Maya 2011 and in polygonal 3d modeling our object has been divided into many polygonal faces and it provide commands like face, edge, vertex etc where as in NURBS 3d modeling the situation is different in NURBS 3d modeling the first thing is that object is model using NURBS commands as Curve, control vertex, edit point, which is flexible way of modeling but complex as well. You should have noticed that 3d polygon modeling simple and straight way of 3d modeling.

Steps:

For modeling eye brows area your faces of the eye brows should be lifted up so right click on object select edge mode, in the perspective view.
Now press ‘w’ for move tool and move the edges of the nose and forehead joint area down to make them smooth, then right click again and go to Face mode, and then press ‘w’ for move tool and now move the eye brows area faces upwards, and try to keep the topology of the area round.
