Maya with Rigid Bodies

Maya with Rigid BodiesThis tutorial describes about the collision of some material with rigid bodies. You will learn here when some stuff collide and react with some solid material like rigid body. This tutorial will explain the concept of material collision with active and passive rigid bodies with various objects. If we take a look on our scene, we come to know that there is polygonal sphere demonstrating a ball among multiple rigid bodies. When a ball falls freely on the ground among some rigid bodies, it jumps only once or twice and hence stops. When the sphere hit the ground, there we need of gravity for hitting with ground. In this case the sphere is assumed as active rigid body whereas the rigid bodies are thought as passive rigid bodies because they are stationery and can not move. Basically these rigid bodies are made up of polygonal cubes and ball is made up of polygonal sphere. After modifying their shape, you can move, rotate and scale them to make different look. When some modification is applied on the scene, then you can see the changing in your scene clearly. Now play the animation and the sphere will move ahead and fell down after once or twice skips as you can see in the following video tutorials. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wR7z-ByMAE0
