T Shirt Printing

Screen printing is an ideal source for you to print the T-shirt with ease. It is considered as more affordable way to print your T-shirt at home. You have seen the team T-shirts which are of same size shape and design. These are designed very beautifully and you can print these shirts yourself using screen printing method. T-shirts are used in the past as garment for wearing under the qameez. It is buttonless and with half sleeves. It is useful for both ladies and gents at the same time. It is fashion in the western countries mostly but now it is also developing in the Asia. T-shirts are made up of thin fabric material and it is worn mostly in summer season.

In ancient it was produced with simple color and without any cartoonic shape. But recently it became trend to print something new on these shirts. Usually the favorite heroes, wrestler and other supernatural hero images are printed on the shirt. Sometime the favorite and famous quotation is also printed on them. Some time complex combination of colors is used in T-shirt printing, it is separate technique to print the T-shirt in various colors.

It is very easy technique to design and print T-shirt using traditional method of screen printing. First the design is selected and then its stencil is obtained. The T-shirts are printed through screen printing machines. These machines have multiple placing boards. You have to keep the shirt on the board and push down the screen on the T-shirt. Make sure that shirt is ironed otherwise pressed it well to get the design properly. When you place the screen, the rest of procedure is much similar to the traditional method. Keep the stencil on the screen and fix it with magic tap. Apply emulsion on the screen well in every corner and on both sides. Repeat the step two or three times and when it is going to dry, place it for exposing. You can expose the screen by using electronic exposing box or keeping in front of natural sunlight. It will take 30-40 minutes for exposing and then it is needed to wash it out. Use the water spray to clean the screen from emulsion and constancy of this action will show the content on the screen. Use squeegee to squeeze the screen surface from water and now take a medium that you want for printing. Suppose you want to print the T-shirt, then repeating the same method you can easily transfer the print onto T-shirt.
