Then we dry the screen printing screen in dark and after putting a dark design on the coated screen; using some photonegatives or transparent paper with black design on it and we expose it to the flood light bulbs or bright light till the photo emulsion get hardened except the design surface where light could not reach because of the dark design area then we wash it with water using garden hose nozzle and unhardened design area is removed this creates a stencil on the screen and then we prepare color mixing water, elka stron, binder and color etc.
