Vulcanizing means treating crude rubber with sulphur and exposing it to high temperatures to increase its durability and elasticity;
you are perhaps familiar with magenta rubber stamps that use self grip foam for sticking to acrylic blocks. These are vulcanized rubber stamps. Vulcanized stamps need a medium mold to be shaped for each new design making it a costly method for little quantities of a single design. The vulcanizing heat press is also quite a pricey stamping machine for home use.

Laser

Laser looks charming and high level technology. You can also craft your own rubber stamps using a laser etching machine, though, spending is far above the ground including its upholding and operating expenditures, which are much higher than the vulcanizing procedure. Lasers are more often than not used for business approach stamps where a custom rubber stamp is necessary.

Flash technology

This comparatively new stamping skill is not too costly but the finished stamp has only a single color, similar to the self inking stamp. This means it’s inappropriate for your artistic dexterity stamps. Flash Stamp technology utilizes a system where ink flows through a casing after exposure to a light source. The sections of the casing holding the artwork stay open from which the ink flows.
