Ingredients
Fish slich : 300 g
Ground red chili : 1 tbsp
White pepper : ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tbsp
Corn flour : 2 tbsp
Palin wheat flour : 2 tbsp
Oil : as required
Eggs : 2
Green chilies : 4 to 6
Tomato ketchup : half cup
Water : 1 cup

Salt : as required

Thai Fish

Procedure

1-      Take a medium size fish and slice it.

2-      Combine salt, black pepper, ginger-garlic paste. Corn flour and plain wheat flour and egg.

3-      Mix until fish are well coated with the mixture.

4-      Pour oil in a pan and fry the fish.

5-      Cut capsicum, onion, carrot, green onion into pieces and saute them in another pan. Add all the sauce and spices and thichen it with corn flour and water mixture. Now add fried fish to it.

 

Chef Zakir’s Tip

To remove scales from fish, pick it by its tail and clip it on the clip board which children use for their examination. Now you can remove the scales easily: otherwise it will slip out of your hands again and again.
