Shaami kabab is the most popular snack dish. It is unknown why is it called shaami kabab However, shaami kababs are prepared all over the world according to different recipes in different regions.
Minced meat : 200 g
Bengal grams : 50 g
Garlic : 3 cloves
Eggs : 2
Whole garam masala : as required
Whole red chillies : 6 to 7
Turmeric : ½ tsp
Ginger : 1 piece (medium size)
Nutmeg mace : ½ tsp
Salt : to taste
Oil : to fry
1- Pour 3 spoons of oil in a pan and add 3 cloves of garlic and a medium size ginger piece to it.
2- Cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
3- Then add minced meat to it.
4- Fry the minced meat till its water is dried.
5- Then add wet Bengal grams, 6 to 7 whole red chilies, turmeric and ½ teaspoon of nutmeg mace. Now add whole garam masala, whole cloves, black cardamom, cinnamon. Black paper and white cumin gradually. Also add half jug of water to it.
6- Now leave it to cook on low flame for 20 minutes or until the water dries completely.
7- When all the water is dried up, grind this mixture and make kababs out of the mixture. Beat 2 eggs and dip kababs in it.
Serve with chili sauce.
